RETURNS

If we made a mistake on your order simply call us at 800-783-2299 or email us at sales@pack-edge.com, and we will fix any problem immediately.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Refunds will be in the form of a check from Pack Edge Development, Inc.

JURISDICTION AND ATTORNEY FEES

All orders are valid when accepted by Pack Edge Development Inc. in Clackamas County, Oregon.  If any suit or action is instituted to enforce or interpret the terms of this agreement, the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction shall be in any state or federal court located in Clackamas County, Oregon.  The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.  In any such suit or action, the prevailing party shall recover its reasonable attorney fees.  Oregon State Law shall govern these agreement and party’s rights.

 NO WARRANTIES

Seller has made no warranty that the goods covered by this quotation are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose, and there are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than that the product sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time sold.

 CLAIMS

If any goods are lost in transit or arrive in damaged condition, Buyer must report the damage or shortage within 10 days of receipt.  If notice is not given within such period, Seller shall have no obligation to Buyer for such damage or missing goods.

 DAMAGES

In no event shall the Seller have any liability to Buyer for any consequential damages.  Seller shall be obligated only to repair or replace a defective good or, in the Seller’s sole discretion, refund the purchase price.  Seller shall be liable for no other or additional damages.  The remedies provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Buyer and shall not be accumulative.

 DELAYS

Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by any events outside the Seller’s control.
